Thistle Bee Quilt Shoppe, LLC, dba Thistle Bee Quilt Shoppe, is strictly a retail store dealing in the sale of quilting fabric, notions, books and patterns for the purpose of making quilts.

Returns: We understand that we must earn your business and trust. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately (within 10 days) so that we may work with you to resolve any issue. However it is not our policy to accept returns. All sales are final. There are definitely no returns on cut fabric, yardage or fabric bundles. Due to copyright laws, there are definitely no returns on books, patterns or magazines.
Refunds: If we have made a mistake on your order, or if you receive a defective item, we will issue a full refund or replacement upon receipt of merchandise that is returned in the original condition and packaging as you received it (must NOT be washed or cut, no smoke or other odor, water damage, etc.). We must be contacted within 10 days in order for refunds to apply.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if you contact us by phone or email. After 24 hours a 15% restocking fee of the total purchase price will apply, as we will have already started to process and pack your order. Once shipment is made, orders will not be returned, refunded or cancelled.
Privacy Policy: The security of your personal information is important to us. We will not share or divulge your personal information with any outside party. All information remains within our secure credit card gateway provider.
Payment Methods: We accept ONLY Mastercard and VISA. Our credit card processing is secure through Authorize.net. If you prefer to shop by phone you may call during regular business hours: Tues.-Fri. 10:00am-5:00pm and Sat. 10:00am-3:00pm. Phone 919-778-2277 to place orders.
